UTBotCpp creates empty test files for files that are not presented in compile/link commands for chosen target

Steps to reproduce

1. Open and configure project coreutils
2. Choose target libcksum_pclmul.a
3. Generate tests for project
4. Look at notifications and folder with tests

Expected behavior

Either the informative message in each of them or the absence of such files.
