Reorder UnitTestBot settings for clarity

Description

UnitTestBot Settings are now mixed by features.
It would be better to reorder them for better user understanding.
Also need to style test in the same way: Only first word with caps and other words with normal letters.

To Reproduce

Open File -> Settings -> Tools -> UnitTestBot

Suggested behavior

Group settings by feature:

Generated test language Experimental languages support

Force mocking static methods
Classes to be forcedly mocked

Tests with exceptions
Overflow detection
Enable summaries generation
with dependent Javadoc comment style (inline with label of parent or on the same line?)
Display detected errors on the Problems tool window

Hanging test timeout
Test generation method

Visual proofs (screenshots, logs, images)

Here are the changes to be made after the discussion:

• Insets:
  make vertical insets between groups of controls

• On one line:
  place Experimental languages support on the same line with Generated test language with horizontal inset

• Grouping as in User guide:

• Hanging test timeout
  place it before Test generation method and in one group with it, how it is organized in the User guide

• Dependent controls:
  inline Javadoc comment style with Enable summaries generation
