Add new enum inspector

  1. Add new enum inspector
  2. Add "Playmode" to test level
  3. Upgrade to 2019.2
    This also include content browser with sub directories.

Add a new enum Inspector.
Upgrade to 2019.2
Add level test mode.
"This version use the project sub directorys"
The enum inspector is now included.
Remove Rigidbody from cube. (He was for testing.)
Actually not final and not working.

Does this fix all compatibility issues with Unity 2019.2? I'm hoping to use Giles in my game, and I use 2019.2 and I'm getting a lot of weird errors.

It fix the most errors, some pieces of code are using absolute functions (not many) and the shaders are only for the default render pipeline.

seems to have issues with resource loading in build - not sure though, it wasn't present in the (quick) port I did of GILES but I switched and they wouldn't load
