number of fixes/improvements based on feedback & i have been accumulating them and releasing them in my private repo:

avoid streams with no audio language tags
add option to move stereo stream to first audio stream
remove setting of add to task list of False so subsequent plugins will execute
add python-iso639 module to get actual language name from code in order to add a metadata title to stream so that added stream has a title different than the original multichannel stream. helpful for those looking at stream detail in media players
