This PR solves issue when go-git was throwing an error when repository we were cloning was empty. Now we have configuration to let dumper know do we know to ignore empty repositories (an keep empty folder with set remote and keep .git folder inside) or throw an error if we get empty repository. By default we allow empty repositories.
