Phase 1: User Inquiry and Inspection

• Executive Summary of methods: Google Survey
• Data gathered: Users want a quick and effecient way of finding a tutor.
• Most important outcomes: To provide helpful tutors to people who have time constraints.

Phase 2: Interaction Design

• Executive Summary: Based on our survey results we translated our conclusions from our initial user research to a conceptual design incorporating the users' needs. The phase contains wireframes and a prototype draft.

Phase 3: Usability Evaluation

• Executive Summary: This phase consists of our highest fidelity prototype and a protocol for user testing. The protocol is a script with instructions so that the moderator can follow as well as field for data collection. The final protype was designed such that the user can have a more authentic user experience while using the application.
