When running on dev, we rely on a pre-built binary for node-canvas. That binary doesn't seem to be available anymore, but when it falls back to building the package from source, we're missing some dependencies

Refs #74: Adds dependencies required to build Canvas from source, needed after the pre-built binaries were removed and no longer seem to be supported
