Do we need to change these? I can add MSL and holds to UKCP as required. Does GIB have any defined holds?

There are published holds at UPMUP and ODLUK
We also use a unpublished hold at PIMOS as part of the PIMOS contingency procedure

Have added all three to UKCP, requires config.
