Releases are under my name as Travis is configured to use my API key: https://github.com/VSCodeVim/Vim/blob/master/.travis.yml#L43

The ask is to:

Create a "VSCodeVim-bot" GH user with writes to create releases and tags
Use said GH user in the travis release

jpoon added kind/enhancement priority/normal size/S labels
