-poption: do not rewrite previous records
Windows: download *.exe file and run it in console (start → cmd)
Linux & macOS: download *.pyz file and run it with Python 3.7+:
python3 tor-relay-scanner.pyz
Android: download Termux, install python with pkg install python3, follow Linux steps.
