plot_alignments crashes when only plotting one fasta file #3

Temporary fix: load the same fasta file 2 times. Then it does get plotted.

Fixed problem. However, program will still crash if bases are 50:50 in consensus.

Have to add wobble base support at some point (should be a rare case, not high priority)
