TopSky maps - cleanup and better sorting

I find with the amount of maps we have in topsky now, that it is kinda messy and things are not as neatly sorted as they could be.

Sorting order are based on placement in the topskymaps.txt file.
Could we improve on this?

ENGM has quite alot of maps - could perhaps be better to create a own folder for ENGM specific maps?
(noise abaitment, transit route, sid release, name labels,

Idea: Possible to make "one" arrival map for each airport, which switch depending on selected runway in use?
