This PR contains the Dockerfile and compose.yml to create a Docker image or container, as well as QA tests using Jest and Playwright.
Instructions on how to use both of these are in the updated README.md file; please note that the QA tests using Jest are not fully developed due to time constraints, but the testing framework is ready for use.
