By using jupyter notebook and ..CSV excel file we are clustering the information contain with in the excel will be represented in graphical information which user can understand very easy as compare to numerical format. run the program using csv file and see and observe by yourself
you will have to add some lib for this program to execute properly see the import in staring program and search for it and add the appropriate libs for it
