feature request: Add Fallback or Use Alternate External Addon Service URL when Time Out

Problem Description / Use Case

Hosters can set multiple external add-on URLs in their instance, for example Comet URL as follow:
COMET_URL='["https://comet.stremio.ru", "https://cometfortheweebs.midnightignite.me", "https://comet.elfhosted.com"]'

Users then can choose one URL to scrape streams. Sometimes, one of these url is down resulting in request time out.

Proposed Solution

As there are multiple Addon URL, if one url is timed-out, it should try next url to fetch the result.
