First release of MetaImageMark based on ImgPrcBenchmark.

What's changed

  • The project has completely separated from devsubsystem and can now be run independently of the MinImg library
  • Code structure has been improved:
    • The specifics of the benchmarks are taken into account and the basic abstraction - grid_benchamrk added
    • Common functions for the benchmark image processing libraries are now in image_benchmark project
