Old change, no longer needed. Verified that the relevant line has been changed to. I think I prefer the shellcmdflag check, we might just change them all to that at a later date. But that is a minor lateral refactor. |

Vundle breaks under windows when using linux shells (possible with VimShell. This change fixes it. It’s hard to detect what kind of shell we are using, but checking if
shellcmdflagcontains a/should detect all true windows shells.
