v0.1.0: Merge pull request #56 from WGBH/only-one-41

This release does everything, but it turns out with the new larger EC2s, we can manage without the EBS, and the swapping is just more aggressive than we want: being able to un-swap is also seen as a good thing.

That said, the swap then rsync machinery seems to work well, so I don't want to forget about it entirely... hence this tag.
