v0.5 - beta release

First public release of the CVreviewTool, all use and testing has been internal up until this point. It is believed to contain enough configuration files and hooks to be installed anywhere; feedback would be greatly appreciated anywhere that falls short. Enjoy and happy CV reviewing!
