Tomcat 8 support. This is an early initial cut. No guarantees are being made to this working without issue. Feedback is greatly appreciated. This was built with tomcat 8.0.5. It should support earlier versions as well without issue. Tomcat 8 itself is still considered beta as of this release.

I did not do anything with ivy at this point or fully build this into other scripts as path might likely see maven first since it is there and I essentially have the parent ready to go with major updates. The build.xml is here for consistency only at the moment.
