Added the 5th step to set the development server.
I hace already seen that. This repo is still public ando open-source, so adding this Will help those who want to deploy this versión of animu, although they won't hace any updates from now on |

The CONTRIBUTING.md file was missing a step to set up the dev server. Since all API requests must be authed, you need to create a token to be able to access the API.
