v3.3.3 - Separate Diffusion Tractography

This pre-release no longer contains pipeline scripts, example scripts, and binaries related to Diffusion Tractography. Those files are now part of the diffusion-tractography branch. Any ongoing development of Diffusion Tractography should go on in the diffusion-tractography branch.

If the Diffusion Tractography files become a supported part of the HCP Pipelines product, then the diffusion-tractography branch will need to be merged into the master branch. If it is anticipated that Diffusion Tractography will not become a supported part of the HCP Pipelines product, then the Diffusion Tractography files can be split off into a separate product (in a separate repository) that has the HCP Pipelines as a prerequisite.
