This PR performs quality control through
coSMicQCcomplemented by UMAP analyses.Along the journey towards this I discovered
CytoDataFramehas trouble accessing the images from JUMP so I opened WayScience/CytoDataFrame#15 and WayScience/CytoDataFrame#5 .The current implementation is a draft using a small subset of the data to help elicit feedback and incorporate changes quickly.
