Fix CytoTable Bug
In this PR, I fix a bug related to CytoTable where extra rows of all NAs are added to the data. This causes downstream issues during analysis so I have added a fix in the notebook to remove NA rows using ImageNumber and then rerun Plates 3-5. I have added the files that were updated after this fix.
