Another nice and small PR! 🎉 I left some comments, mainly in the pipeline for you to address. Same with the IC PR, I highly recommend including a README for the module prior to merging so that you can add the details like merging the chromalive channels together for whole cell segmentation and how long the pipeline took to run, etc. Nice work!
