A new release of wf-shell, compatible with the 0.8.x series Wayfire/wf-config.

This version has a number of new widgets:

Tray (#153)
Command-output (#124) for displaying output of commands in the panel
Notifications (#132)
Logout interface (#71)

See the default config file for a detailed information on how to use these new widgets. They are now also auto-enabled in the widget section.
