Core functionality common to different WebCurator components.
The webcurator-core project build produces a webcurator-core-<version>.jar, which is used in other webcurator
components builds (for example, by the webcurator-webapp). WebCurator Core is part of the
WebCuratorTool set of applications.
See the build.gradle file for the current jar version that will be generated.
