Added a new workspace component, weed-ai-workspace, which has a different set of annotation tools (weed AI leaves out the cuboid selector) and an extra component in the right-hand objects sidebar, "Annotation guide".

The new workspace can be seen by selecting from the drop-down menu at the top right, under the logged-in user.

(I am mystified as to why those first three commits are showing up as divergent from develop. For this reason I pulled upstream into the develop branch here, but it didn't seem to change the diff in this PR.)

I was quite surprised at how much copy-paste was involved her, especially in things like style-sheet. But I suppose they assumed that each tool in the default workspace would only be defined once, in that workspace, rather than be available to multiple workspaces. (Some of the CSS still seems redundant.)

This is certainly a helpful POC. Now to work out where we should go with it... whether, for instance, we should just focus on removing things from the default workspace, rather than adding a new one...?
