LocusZoom Tutorial
This is a tutorial on how to use the LocusZoom software to view the area around significant SNPs more closely. It provides information about the genes that the SNP is associated with and findings from other GWAS in the area. Included in this repository is an R Markdown document as well as the html document that it outputs to with the details of using LocusZoom.
