Fixed the Creative Menu Bug (hopefully), and Removed some Un-necessary Image Files

Increased Default RF Capacity

Increased the Default RF Capacity of All Minechem Machines to 100,000,000RF.
(Note that you may need to delete the Minechem config to force-reload the config)

Extended Periodic Table + Minor Fixes

Added Extended Periodic Table Elements + Minor Localization Fixes

Post-Transition Metals

Added the Post-Transition Metals and regrouped elements accordingly
