Per the discussion on #15, this PR changes references from facilitator to presenter.
Once this is deployed, I believe the data associated with the old
facilitator_wporg_usernamemeta key will be orphaned. Someone with DB access could alter the meta keys topresenter_wporg_username. Alternatively, anyone with Editor or Administrative access can update the 4 Workshops using the post editor screen.
