It's difficult to change the name of a page from the Site Editor, if the page template does not have a title block, as originally detailed in #52763. While #54648 adds a control to the Inspector, it'd be nice to have a rename command (as we do for patterns).

There's also some ongoing work adding a commands to rename and duplicate template parts. As part of that I'd be happy to link up with @SaxonF and progress #54648 and this along.

A PR adding a rename page command is available for early feedback and review in #60231.
