What?
Adds a command for duplicating template parts while viewing or editing them in the site editor.
Why?
Assists in managing template parts and brings them into parity with patterns that have the same commands.
How?
TemplatePartModalthat was added in #55339 so that commands can toggle the appropriate modal.Testing Instructions
