Is registration order a good long-term strategy for occurrence in the inserter list? |

Some form of numerical order param would be nice. Then it's easier (if possible?) for plugins and such to adjust the ordering as desired. |

I think we should do alphabetical + recent order (#888) eventually. For now we just need to highlight the most important ones. |
