gutenberg_register_post_types, instead relying on core's registration of thewp_blocktype.See:
Testing instructions:
Verify there are no regressions in the availability, rendering, or editing of reusable blocks.
Note that by relying on the core registered block, this suddenly becomes susceptible to the issue described at #12324, slated for fix in core as part of WP#45373 (WordPress 5.1).
