Description
Fixes #26652
With theme styles disabled, the quote block wasn't positioned correctly in the flow of content.
The issue, similar to a recent one with the image block (#26376), is that the quote has some margin styles that override the editor's
margin: autostyle on blocks.This PR removes the quote's margin styles.
