Site Editor: remove unused FullscreenModeClose component

[vindl]

Description

FullscreenModeClose component has been replaced with NavigationToggle in edit-site and we no longer need it.

Fixes #25557

How has this been tested?

• Smoke test the site editor.
• Make sure that there are no other references to this component in the codebase.
