Description
Removes an extraneous README file that was left behind when the
VisuallyHiddencomponent was promoted to stable. (I think it may have been mangled in the reverts after #31244.)The canonical README already lives at https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/trunk/packages/components/src/visually-hidden/README.md.
