There are some things not lining up:
That's probably the fault of the drilldown items, but in any case it could use separate polish.
For the hover state, we don't actually need one, so you can remove it as the simplest contrast fix. An alternative is to use the same gray state as we use here:

What?
Adds a button (search icon) to the site editor in "view mode" to trigger the command center from the UI.
Testing Instructions
1- Open the site editor
2- Click the "open command center" button (search icon on the top of the sidebar)
