data-wp-ondirectives need a following event to work. If no event is added, it was adding 'default' handler.Should be
data-wp-on--click,data-wp-on--scrolletc.The following approach is applied in
data-wp-style,data-wp-classanddata-wp-bind, but was not applied indata-wp-on
