Thanks for the PR - always good to save bytes.
In my testing I couldn't see any regressions caused by this.
Animation seemed to be smooth and layout retained as before.
It does seem unusual that I would have added this CSS for no reason however which makes me slightly nervous.
cc'ing @jeryj and @richtabor who've also been working on this component recently in case we subsequently notice any regressions.
I have not worked with that CSS, so it's all clear from me! |

Some CSS applied on the LinkControl settings is unnecessary.
Why?
For a cleaner CSS and to save some bytes.
How?
Removes the unnecessary CSS ruleset.
