The performance tests are failing almost in all PRs, folks are still investigating these and I'm not sure what's causing the issues. |

text-wrap: pretty;. This PR addsbalanceas a fallback.How?
Test the document inspector in Blink and Safari/Webkit, the metadata should wrap correctly:
