This is the homepage update for 6.6. It will be published at 18UTC, along with removing the placeholder pattern from the 6.6 release page (see #454).

Note: the editor permissions wipe out the iframe, so make sure to add that back.

I just made a few small changes here. Two notes to mention:

• The video embed needs to be pushed manually. This is known, but I'm sharing to explain the red part of the diff.
• The main change since previous changes was adding an   non-breaking space, so that "plugin auto-updates" stick together and avoid a typographic widow.
