Add SEO images for image previews, favicons, and app icons

It can just be the logo, but it will need to be converted to png as I don't think svg is supported in web preview mode as there is no context as to where it will be rendered, so let's stick to safe filetypes.  Any vector editor can export an svg as a png.

These changes should occur in `_includes/head.html`
