This PR removes the hard override of the SAML NameID attribute. The removed logic appears to have been committed unintentionally.
By default Name ID is extracted from the SAML SP or IdP metadata (SAML2Utils.java#L3709)). This value can be overridden using the query parameter if required (SAML2Utils.java#L1417).
