First, is able Manifest work without ebuild ? Is able ebuild work without manifest? It should be one commit.

Second, I'm not right person to decide if this should go in. Is there any particular reason (maybe good describe it in commit), why someone should merge your pull request?

you tend to have most of the docker /vagrant alike e-builds .
with classes its been brutal to get but 5 mins hear or thier , bootcamps for certs ,
I could keep it , but I figured i'd get it peer reviewed , etc.
also kinda difficult to maintain some of the ones i have already .....
with CISSP /CEH CISCO prep I aint going to have much of a life for several months . test sim read test sim /droll collapse rinse repeat.

so for now I figured i'd run it by you.
as by the time i do , it will be stale version'ed more than likely
presently I'm swamped , and your repo seemed more specialized for it, i just quick copied from my copy of it , should you care for it i'll drop my copy.
I haven't the time to really give it it's due.
