pyOpenSSL update

更新内容以及测试见Issue #1443

[xxnet]

正准备搞个TLSLite，这样OpenWrt和Android都可以跑，包括各种Windows/Linux/Mac，纯python实现，跨平台特性会非常好。

这个项目在系统有OpenSSL的时候，还能用native的加密算法，提高性能。

项目下一步目标想先搞定OpenWrt，然后向Android进发，这个库就非常重要

以前用过，还没有试过给GAE用，需要验证两个问题：

1. google 的证书校验
2. 指定特定的cipher

另一个问题是验证性能差异，能否接受。
其实握手阶段的性能开销很少，重点是后续的加密过程。
