Getting the crate published to crates.io will be a big step forward for allowing Nitro to be used by other developers. Crate has been published to crates.io prior to completion of this milestone, so I'm renaming this to version 1.0. Before we go to 1.0 I'd like to have more complete documentation of the project's features and intended usage. I'd also like to have a more complete API.
