Flatten discovered catalogs to those that contain BlueskyRuns. #36

This can be done by checking the type of the first entry. If it is a BlueskyRun or a RemoteBlueskyRun, the catalog should be added to the flat list of catalogs.

This issue was manually transferred from bluesky/bluesky-browser#59.
