Provide a separate repository for the v5.x LTS branch.
The repo build scripts should be updated to ensure that each branch ends up in the correct repository path automatically.

The build script has been updated: Xpra-org/repo-build-scripts@459f6a0

The downside is that the new packaging/target-repository file will need to be updated when making a new release, and then changed back afterwards to start making new beta builds again from the same branch..
The alternative would be to automatically adjust the target repository to beta whenever building from a non-tagged version.

The download page will need to be updated after the 5.0.11 release.
